Configure Web Server

Steps to configure web server to run on HTTP/HTTPS:

  1. Right-click on Floor, click Administration > Configure > Web Server.

  2. In ‘Configure Web Server’ pop-up, provide:

    • Protocol: select HTTPS.
    • Keystore Password. Enter the password. This is the password used to generate the ‘.pfx’ file and shared by IT department.
    • Keystore File: Click ‘BROWSE’, select the ‘.pfx’ file.

  3. Click ‘Submit’.

  4. To bring the new HTTPS certificate into effect, restart the machine or Gathr services.

Note:

  1. This is an administrative job.
  2. Ask your IT Department to share .pfx and its password.
  3. .pfx should match the URL that you will use to access Gathr interface.
